Telagus CRM lets you connect your Zoom account and automatically create a Zoom meeting whenever you schedule a CRM event. This guide covers how to add, use, and remove the integration.
Adding the Zoom integration
- Log into Telagus CRM as an Admin.
- Go to "Integrations" in the left sidebar.
- Find Zoom and click "Connect."
- You'll be redirected to Zoom to log in and authorize Telagus CRM, which requests permission to create/update meetings and read your basic profile.
- After authorizing, you're redirected back to Telagus CRM, where Zoom now shows as connected.
Using the Zoom integration
- When creating or editing an event under "Meeting Scheduler" → "Appointments," enable the "Zoom Meeting" toggle to automatically generate a Zoom meeting for that event.
- Add recipient emails to invite them; they'll receive an email with the Zoom join link.
- Prerequisite: Zoom must be connected first (see "Adding the Zoom integration" above) — the toggle is disabled otherwise.
- Troubleshooting: if meeting creation fails, your Zoom authorization may have expired — go to "Integrations" and reconnect.
Removing the Zoom integration
- Go to "Integrations" in the left sidebar.
- Find Zoom and click "Disconnect."
- This revokes Telagus CRM's access to your Zoom account. Existing Zoom meetings already created are unaffected, but new events will no longer auto-create Zoom meetings until you reconnect.
