Attio and Telagus are both British CRMs, but they are built for very different teams. Attio, headquartered in London, is a modern, flexible CRM that syncs your email and calendar, maps your relationships automatically and lets you design your own data model. It is especially popular with startups, investors and relationship-led sales teams.

Telagus, based in Wallington, Surrey, takes an all-in-one approach. It combines the CRM with phone numbers and calling, SMS, bulk email marketing, call tracking and website visitor identification in one UK-based platform, priced per team in pounds rather than per seat. This guide compares the two on price, features and fit, using list prices checked in October 2026.

Quick verdict

  • Choose Attio if your deals run through email and meetings, you want your inbox and calendar to build the CRM for you, and you need a flexible data model with custom objects.
  • Choose Telagus if your team wins business by phone, text and email campaigns, you want calling, SMS and marketing included in one price, and you prefer UK-based human support and billing in pounds. You can start on the free plan before you pay anything.

How the pricing works

Attio charges for every user, every month, in US dollars. Telagus charges one price per plan in pounds, billed annually or monthly, and each plan includes a set number of users plus allowances for leads, marketing emails, call minutes, SMS and AI. Both have a free plan.

Attio plans

Plan Billed annually (per user per month) Billed monthly (per user per month) Users Records
Free $0 $0 Up to 3 50,000
Plus $35 $44 Up to 10 250,000

Attio’s email sending is tied to each user’s own mailbox, with limits per plan: 200 emails a month on Free and 1,000 a month on Plus, with higher limits on Pro. AI features draw on monthly credit allowances, and extra credits can be bought on top.

What a team pays in a year

Team size Telagus Attio Plus Attio Pro
2 users £340 (Starter) $840 $1,896
5 users £690 (Growth) $2,100 $4,740
10 users £1,249 (Business) $4,200 $9,480

List prices, annual billing, excluding VAT. Attio publishes its prices in US dollars, so the amount you pay in pounds depends on the exchange rate. Attio figures cover the CRM only, with no phone system, SMS or marketing email tool.

Attio’s free plan is a genuinely good option for a team of up to three that mainly needs to organise contacts and email; Telagus Forever Free covers one user. Once you pay, Telagus costs less at every team size shown, even before converting dollars to pounds, and it includes a phone system, SMS and email marketing volume that Attio does not offer. Features compared

How the CRM fills itself

Attio’s standout feature is automatic data capture. Connect your Google or Microsoft account and it builds people and company records from your emails and meetings, shows who in your team knows whom, and enriches records from public sources. For relationship-led selling, such as fundraising, partnerships or high-value B2B deals, that saves a lot of manual entry.

Telagus captures leads from the places small businesses usually get them: web forms, live chat, phone calls and website visits. Every lead is then tracked through your pipeline with automated follow-ups.

Calling, SMS and call tracking

Every paid Telagus plan includes at least one dedicated phone number and call minutes, plus SMS/MMS credits, so your team can call and text leads from inside the CRM. Call tracking numbers show which advert or web page made the phone ring.

Attio does not include a phone system or SMS. Its Call Intelligence feature, on the Pro plan, records and summarises video meetings on Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, which is useful for sales conversations held online but is not a way to make calls.

Email marketing and automation

Telagus includes bulk email marketing on every paid plan, with a drag and drop campaign builder and, from Growth, automated email funnels. Volumes run from 60,000 emails a year on Starter to 600,000 on Business.

Attio sends email from each user’s own mailbox, which keeps messages personal but comes with sending limits, and automated sequences are on Pro. It is designed for one-to-one and small-batch outreach rather than newsletters or large campaigns.

Lead sources and website visitors

Telagus includes reverse IP tracking on its paid plans, which identifies companies visiting your website so you can follow up with warm prospects who never filled in a form. Combined with call tracking and marketing analytics, it shows which channels actually produce enquiries. Attio does not include website visitor identification or call tracking.

Quotes, contracts and AI

Telagus includes a quote builder on every paid plan and a contract generator from Growth, plus AI credits for writing emails, quotes and contracts, an AI Sales Agent, and the option to connect Telagus to ChatGPT and Claude. Attio has strong AI features of its own, including AI agents and research, running on monthly credit allowances, and also connects to ChatGPT and Claude.
